2 men nabbed in Albay
LEGAZPI CITY — Two men wanted for rape and child abuse were arrested in separate police operations on Tuesday in Albay.
Captain Dexter Panganiban, spokesperson of the Albay police, said Jham Binamira Balute, 23, who is facing rape charges, was arrested by police operatives in Barangay Sta. Misericordia, Sto. Domingo town at 5:10 p.m.
Earlier, Allen Rey Olaguera, 43, was also collared at his residence in Barangay Taysan in this city at 11:45 a.m.
Olaguera was accused of child abuse and exploitation.
