DID YOU KNOW (registered deaths)

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, there were a total of 296,885 registered deaths in the country from January to June 2019. Of this number, 169,483 were male while 127,402 were female. By provinces, Cavite and Bulacan topped the list of number of deaths by usual residence of the deceased, accounting for 11,238 and 10,744 deaths, respectively.
