Drug sting nets alleged pusher in Daraga town

LEGAZPI CITY — Anti-narcotics operatives arrested on Thursday afternoon an alleged notorious drug pusher carrying a P900,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in a drug sting in Daraga town in Albay province, a police said.

Suspect Jonathan Lim, 47, resident of of Oas town, also in Albay, was arrested at around 3:40 p.m. in Barangay Bascaran while in possession of three pieces plastic sachets weighing 150 grams, Capt. Dexter Panganiban, Albay police spokesperson, said.

Panganiban said the suspect was a high value target in the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency drug watch list.
