Woman found dead in Taguig City

MANILA, Philippines — A woman was found dead in Taguig City on Thursday with gunshot wounds and bruises on her body, police said.

In its initial report, police said a concerned citizen found the body at about 6 a.m. at C-6 Service Road corner Pulong Kendi Street in Barangay Sta. Ana and reported it to authorities.

Police have yet to identify the victim but said she was aged around 35 to 40 years old and is 5’1” to 5’3” in height, and wore a red blouse and black denim pants when found.

She also carried a gray shoulder bag, according to police.

Investigation is ongoing.
