Magnitude 3.5 quake hits Cotabato
MANILA, Philippines — A 3.5-magnitude earthquake jolted Cotabato on Sunday morning, the Philippine Institute on Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The center of the quake was located at 25 kilometers (km) northeast of Makilala town, Cotabato.
It hit at 9:02 a.m., Phivolcs said in its earthquake bulletin.

An Instrumental Intensity II was registered in Kidapawan City.

The quake had a depth of 24 km and was tectonic in origin.
Phivolcs said no aftershocks or damage could be expected from the tremor. /je
