Monday weather forecast: Cloudy skies, isolated rainfall nationwide
MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said Monday.
In its weather bulletin, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned of possible flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas.
Pagasa said the northern and eastern section of Luzon would have moderate to strong northeast to east wind and moderate to rough coastal waters (1.2 to 2.8 meters), while the rest of the country would experience light to moderate northeast to east wind and slight to moderate coastal waters (0.6 to 2.1 meters).
The weather bureau said the lowest temperature was 23.9°C recorded at 6:15 a.m. while the maximum temperature will be 32.8°C expected at 12 noon./gsg
