Suspect yields shabu inside Legazpi City police jail

LEGAZPI CITY—A suspect yielded three sachets of suspected shabu, or crystal meth, while inside a police detention facility here on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Capt. Dexter Panganiban, Albay police spokesperson, said anti-drug agents conducted a search and found the shabu in the possession of Nicanor Lozano Sr., 61, past noon.

Lozano, who is on the drug watch list of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, has been detained since last August after his arrest for drug peddling. Mar S. Arguelles/TSB
