Man tagged by cops as Legazpi’s top drug operator falls, yields sachet of shabu

LEGAZPI CITY—A suspected pusher, tagged as the city’s top drug operator, was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Lt. Col. Aldwin Gamboa, Legazpi City police chief, said Sheldon Dineros, 50,  alias Punoy, was caught selling shabu to an undercover policeman at the village of Oro Site past 2 p.m.
