Car falls into 50-meter ravine in Isabela; 1 dead, 4 hurt

CITY OF ILAGAN — A man died while four others were injured after their car fell into a 50-meter ravine here on Tuesday afternoon.

Police Col. Mariano Rodriguez, Isabela police director, said Gilbert Reyes was pinned to death inside the pickup car at about 5:48 p.m.

The other car passengers, who were identified as Jeffrey Martin, Jewelrose Martin, Maricar Foronda and Luz Martinez, suffered injuries on their heads and bodies.

The injured victims were taken to Isabela United Doctors Medical Center in Cauayan City.
