LTFRB monitoring bus terminals for the holidays

MANILA, Philippines — To ensure the safety of people who will be traveling to the provinces for the holidays, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) is monitoring the operations of bus companies and set up help desks in bus terminals in Cubao, Araneta Center, Kamuning and in Pasay City to listen to passengers’ complaints and address them accordingly, Sonia del Mundo, LTFRB public relations officer, told Radyo Inquirer 990AM Friday.
