Isko Moreno warns barangay chief who allegedly pointed gun at neighbor
MANILA, Philippines — Manila mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso gave a barangay chairman until Monday to explain after the latter allegedly pointed a gun at a civilian.
“Akala ko ba matapang ka, chairman? O ba’t nagtatago ka ngayon? Harapin mo ito,” Moreno said Friday during his weekly “Capital Report” via Facebook livestream.
Moreno warned the barangay chairman whom he refused to name yet: “Ipaliwanag mo ang iyong sarili. Ngayon, bibigyan kita hanggang Lunes.
Moreno said the barangay chairman allegedly pointed a gun at a civilian because of a feud caused by a parking space.
Moreno said.

As if you have the authority,” he added./ac
