Grace Bostolits makes final of Saturday Club basketball

GRACE Bostolits dumped RDM-Red, 103-77, to advance to the final round of the Saturday Club 2011 Christmas basketball tournament hosted by the Quiot Basketball Association.

RDM-Red got a slim three-point lead, 23-20 in the opening period but Grace Bostolits erased the deficit with a blistering, 29-18 run in the second for a, 49-41, advantage at the half.

In the 3rd period, offguard Dindo Dela Peña and center Jeff Francisco sparked Bostolits’ 27-10 rally for a commanding 25-point lead, 76-51, heading to the final quarter where it maintained its double-digit advantage.

Toly Petiluna led Grace Bostolits with 22 points spiked by six triples while Jeff Francisco and Barak Lasque combined for 31 points. Tom Villaso topped the losing RDM-Red with 20 points.
