Senior Supt. Osmundo de Guzman, Quezon police director, said suspect Poly De Guzman, 40, was killed by anti-illegal drugs operatives after he reportedly resisted arrest and shot policemen in Barangay (village) Dalahican around 9:50 p.m. on Friday.

Earlier, De Guzman sold “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer during the bust. But as he was being arrested, police said the suspect struggled and was able to run away while shooting at policeman with a caliber .38 revolver.
