MANILA, Philippines — Elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Regional Drug Enforcement of Central Luzon police on Friday raided a house inside a subdivision in Subic, Zambales where Kush plants are being clandestinely farmed.

Kush is a strain of the narcotic Cannabis indica plant. The origins of Kush are from cannabis plants that grow mainly in Afghanistan, Northern Pakistan and North-Western India with the name coming from the Hindu Kush mountain range

Recovered by authorities inside the house located at Magdalena Homes Subdivision were about 70 pots of Kush plants, a report from PDEA said.
