Clouds with isolated rain on Monday

A ridge of a high pressure area will affect the northern section of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, Pagasa said that Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Pagasa cautioned the public for possible flash floods and landslides due to scattered rain and thunderstorms. /cbb
