WATCH: Rider stops MMDA enforcers for using blinkers on motorbike

In what seems to be a reversal of roles, a motorist stopped two traffic enforcers of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) for using illegal blinkers in their motorcycle.

In the video uploaded by a certain Ton de Jesus, the two MMDA enforcers could be seen riding a motorcycle along a portion of C5 road.  Although both of them were wearing helmets, one of them was called out by De Jesus for not using a full-face version.

According to De Jesus, since the MMDA has called out motorcycle users in many occasions for committing violations, it is only fitting that they would be also penalized for committing the same.
