3 drug pushers nabbed in Lucena

LUCENA CITY – Police nabbed three suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation here early Wednesday.

Senior Supt. Osmundo de Guzman, Quezon police director, said in a report that anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Ian Vergara, Carlos Rosales and Jasper Mikko Linao after the three sold shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover policeman in Barangay Mayao Crossing around 6:20 a.m.

The suspects yielded 16 plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 15.5 grams worth P69,750 in the street market and the marked money used in the transaction.
