As rain continue to affect a large portion of Metro Manila, the management of Light Rail Transit line 1 (LRT-1) implemented a provisional service on Monday.
In an advisory, the LRT-1 management said that “signaling repairs” were ongoing in the line.

The LRT-1 management said that the stop of the service of the railway was to ensure the safety of the passengers.
The management earlier said that it slowed down the speed of its trains to 25 kilometers per hour but later on decided to stop its operations.
Full train service was then restored at around 12 noon, the LRT-1 management said. /je
