CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The police in this Pampanga capital on Wednesday (June 6) arrested four persons, including a minor who allegedly stole P1.025 million worth of vape products from a store during a heavy downpour on June 3.

Lester Joseph Layug, 30; Russel Villavicencio, 23; and Mabel Bacani, 22, were linked to the theft after they were caught in a drug bust in Barangay (village) Sta. Lucia.

The 15-year-old suspect had two brushes with the law for burglary and illegal drugs, according to Supt. Roland Agohob, police chief in the city.

The police recovered the stolen vape products from the suspects, along with 11 sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth).
