Sen. Pimentel III brought to hospital due to high blood pressure

MANILA, Philippines – Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III was rushed to the St. Luke’s Hospital in Bonifacio Global City Wednesday afternoon after his blood pressure rose to 150/100.

Pimentel was supposed to join Senators Teofisto Guingona III and Francis Pangilinan in a press conference early afternoon when he complained of discomfort.

Dr. Mariano Blancia and a certain Dr. Sison of the Senate clinic accompanied Pimentel during the trip to the hospital.
