LOOK: Grace Poe’s son graduates from Columbia University

Brian Poe Llamanzares, son of Senator Grace Poe and Neil Llamanzares, has graduated from Columbia University.

A cheerful Senator Poe posted on her Instagram account some graduation photos of Brian.

Brian finished Master of Arts in Climate and Society from the Ivy League university in New York City.

“It never gets old. It’s always a sentimental occasion, witnessing each of your milestones. You make us proud. Congratulations Bri,” the senator said in a brief caption.

The senator said she was thankful to God that his son took after his father when it comes to math and sciences.

“Now come home and help your mom,” the senator added.

It is not yet clear what kind of help Poe would be needing from his son.

But Poe, who is due for reelection as senator, might indeed need the assistance of Brian, who served as her campaign coordinator when she ran for president in 2016.

Brian is the CEO and owner of Time Master Watches and had briefly worked as a correspondent for CNN Philippines before the presidential elections in 2016. /ee
