The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) did not experience a single offloading incident in any of its trains for the past 24 days, the longest period since 2011.

“For 24 consecutive days, DOTr MRT-3 has not recorded any passenger unloading incident.  This is the longest ongoing streak without MRT-3 unloading incident since 2011,” the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said in a Twitter post on Friday.

DOTr said that as of Friday noon, 15 trains are running with a headway of seven and a half minutes.  The agency added that for Thursday, MRT-3 has served 325,066 passengers, traveling a total distance of 4,455 kilometers. /muf
