24-day no offloading streak of MRT-3 longest in seven years, says DOTr

The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) did not experience a single offloading incident in any of its trains for the past 24 days, the longest period since 2011.
“For 24 consecutive days, DOTr MRT-3 has not recorded any passenger unloading incident. This is the longest ongoing streak without MRT-3 unloading incident since 2011,” the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said in a Twitter post on Friday.
DOTr said that as of Friday noon, 15 trains are running with a headway of seven and a half minutes. The agency added that for Thursday, MRT-3 has served 325,066 passengers, traveling a total distance of 4,455 kilometers. /muf
