MMDA lifts number coding on May 14  

The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Thursday that the number coding scheme will be suspended on Monday, May 14, as Filipinos head to polls.

In a tweet, the agency said it has suspended the number coding scheme or the   Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) in observance of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections.

The MMDA also took the opportunity to remind the public to vote wisely.

“Drive your way to polling place and exercise your right to vote,” the MMDA said. /ee
