Cloudy skies, rain in Visayas and Mindanao; fair weather for Luzon – Pagasa

Parts of Visayas and Mindanao will likely experience rain while Luzon will have generally fair weather this Friday, the state weather bureau said.

Overcast skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms could prevail over Visayas, the regions of Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao, provinces of Palawan, and Zamboanga del Sur, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Meanwhile, the state weather agency said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.

The hottest temperature in Metro Manila on Thursday was recorded at 36.6 degrees Celsius at 2:55 p.m., according to Pagasa.          /kga
