Cops nab 4 in Laguna, Batangas for illegal drugs

SAN PEDRO CITY – Four suspected illegal drug pushers were arrested in police anti-drug operations in Laguna and Batangas provinces on Wednesday.

In Laguna, police arrested Felix Matias in Barangay Caingin, Sta. Rosa City around 1 a.m.

A report from the Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) police said Matias sold three sachets of shabu to undercover policemen.

In Batangas, simultaneous buy-bust operations resulted in the arrest of three people in Tanauan City at around 1:30 a.m.

The regional police identified the suspects as Wendell Perez and Ronald Bayarcal from Barangay Poblacion 7 and Wyndel Llanto from Barangay Poblacion 4.

Police recovered four sachets of shabu from the twin operations.
