Pastor shot dead in Pangasinan

DAGUPAN CITY – A computer repairman, who was also a community pastor, was shot dead on Tuesday (Apr. 3) as he walked down the street with his wife in Urdaneta City.

Two men on a motorcycle drove near Bernabe Yanong, 42, and his wife Liza, 48, at Estrada Street  at 6 a.m. and opened fire.

Yanong was rushed to a nearby hospital but died during treatment.

Recovered from the crime scene were seven spent cartridges from a caliber .45 handgun. YOLANDA SOTELO INQ
