Unsolved killings in Cebu pile up
CEBU CITY–Three persons were killed in an ambush near the MRF dump at the village of Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City.
Chief Insp. Wayne Magbanua, of the Lapu-Lapu police, said the three still unidentified male victims were killed on the spot.
Handguns were found on the victims, Magbanua said.
The killings brought to 45 the number of unsolved killings in cities and towns in Cebu province since February. –BENJIE TALISIC
