Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II on Tuesday said alleged pork barrel mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles was now ready “to tell all” her knowledge about the P10-billion Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scam.

Aguirre issued the statement after he was asked what prompted the Department of Justice (DOJ) to place Napoles under provisional coverage of the government’s Witness Protection Program (WPP).

Aguirre denied the speculations that the government has forged a compromised deal with Napoles for placing her under provisional WPP.

“Well, mali lahat ‘yan. Actually sila ang lumapit  and I believe that justice will be done if Janet Napoles will be allowed to speak and tell the whole truth about this,” he said.
