DID YOU KNOW: Most emergency calls in 2017 were in Metro Manila

A total of 2,857,917 legitimate calls were received by all public safety answering points (PSAPs) and call centers of the 911 Emergency Hotline Service Program of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, from January to November 2017.

Of this number, 1,672,117 calls were in Metro Manila. —Marielle Medina
