N. Cotabato town mayor’s kin kidnapped
COTABATO CITY – Unidentified armed men kidnapped Saturday dawn a relative of Aleosan, North Cotabato Mayor Loreto Cabaya – who was mistaken for his son.
Cabaya said Romy, also surnamed Cabaya, 23, was coming back from Midsayap town aboard a motorcycle driven by another man when kidnapped.
The driver of the motorcycle reported the incident to police authorities.
Cabaya said based on the driver’s account, the suspects thought they got his son.
