DID YOU KNOW: 9,217 HIV cases recorded Jan-Oct 2017

From January to October 2017, there were 9,217 new human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cases recorded nationwide, according to the Department of Health.

During the same period, there were 415 reported deaths, 41 of them recorded in October. —Marielle Medina
