MANILA, Philippines—The Arroyo camp has cancelled former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s booking for her supposed flight to Singapore at around 4:30 p.m. Friday, according to Manila International Airport Authority general manager Jose Angel Honrado.
The cancellation was made as a warrant arrest against Arroyo for electoral sabotage was issued by the Pasay Regional Trial Court Friday afternoon.
