Electrical failure downs MRT train; 450 commuters offloaded

Metro Rail Transit (MRT) operations suffered a disruption on Saturday after a northbound train suffered an electrical failure.

In an advisory, the MRT management said 450 commuters were offloaded at Boni Station at 2:18 p.m. due to the glitch.

Offloaded commuters were loaded in the next train which arrived six minutes later, according to the MRT management.
