There is no weather disturbance affecting the country but cloudy skies with scattered rain could be expected this Friday, the state weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the easterlies is influencing the weather in Cagayan Valley, Bicol region, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, Aurora, and Quezon.
Possible flashfloods and landslides are seen due to the winds blowing from the east, it added.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country, including Metro Manila, would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain. /kga
