The Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) offloaded passengers for a second time early Monday after it suffered a “signaling error” in Mandaluyong City.
An MRT-3 report said a southbound train offloaded 600 commuters at the southbound section of Boni station at 6:41 a.m. due to “defective or worn out ATP/Signaling sub-components or defective tacho shift.”
Affected passengers boarded another train four minutes later.
Earlier, at 5:09 a.m., “electrical failure” on another train prompted the MRT-3 to unload 300 passengers at the GMA-Kamuning station. /cbb
