Keep those umbrellas and rain gear handy as the weather bureau said on Saturday that most parts of the country will be experiencing rain showers due to three weather systems affecting the country.
In its daily weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Eastern Visayas, the provinces of Surigao, Dinagat Islands, Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Pagasa warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate and heavy rains.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila, central and southern Luzon, the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. The bureau likewise warned of possible flash floods or landslides in the area.
Northern Luzon, on the other hand, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to the northeast monsoon or amihan. The weather system will also bring cloudy skies and scattered rains to Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands.
