Domestic flights cancelled due to bad weather

Despite the lifting of typhoon signals in all areas affected by tropical depression “Agaton,” some local domestic flights were still cancelled on Wednesday due to the inclement weather.

The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) has announced that as of 6:00 a.m., the following flights have been cancelled:

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its latest bulletin that Agaton has slowed down as it moves over the West Philippine Sea.

Agaton was last spotted 175 kilometers West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan and expected to exit the Philippine area of responsibility by Thursday morning.   /kga
