The Navotas City government has designated selected areas where revelers can use legal firecrackers and fireworks during the New Year celebration.

In an advisory on Thursday, Mayor John Rey Tiangco said fireworks and pyrotechnic exhibitions can be held at the Navotas City Amphitheatre, provided that organizers would comply with the Fire Code.
