Buy-bust near city hall yields P500,000 in drugs

ZAMBOANGA CITY — Antinarcotic agents seized P500,000 worth of suspected crystal meth, popularly known as “shabu,” in a buy-bust operation just a few meters from the City Hall here.

The suspect, Alman Emdalis Aju, yielded some 100 grams of the drug, according to Lyndon P. Aspacio, regional director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
