Fire guts motorcycle storage house in Pampanga
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—A fire of still unknown origin gutted the storage building of a store selling motorcycle parts, and spread to a food park in this Pampanga capital on Friday.
No one was hurt.
The fire at the warehouse of LM Motorcycles broke out around 9:30 a.m.
Fire trucks from volunteer groups and the local governments of Lubao, Masantol, Guagua and Bacolor responded, extinguishing the blaze at 12:15 p.m., according to Maj. Roderick Marquez, chief of the Bureau of Fire Protection in the city.
Five kiosks at a nearby food park were also destroyed.
The burning storage facility was 50 meters away from a gas station and less than 100 meters from the city hall annex in Heroes Hall.
