No work in all courts nationwide on Dec 26 and Jan 2 – SC

The Supreme Court (SC) has suspended work in all courts nationwide on December 26, 2017 and January 2, 2018 “to allow officials and employees of the judiciary adequate opportunity to celebrate the holidays with their families.”

Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno’s proclamation came after Malacañang similarly suspended work in government offices across the country on the same dates.     /kga
