The northeast monsoon or amihan will bring isolated rain over Luzon while the tail-end of cold front will affect the eastern section of the Visayas, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

The Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan valley region, will experience cloudy skies with moderate rain due to amihan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 7 a.m. bulletin.
