De Lima calls Roque ‘grossly unchristian’ over remark on character
Senator Leila de Lima shot back at Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque and his “principal” on Thursday calling them both “grossly unchristian.”
“Mr. Harry Roque, do you really know me? No, you don’t,” de Lima said in a statement from her detention at the Philippine National Police’s Custodial Center in Quezon City.
“So, if you can please find it in your heart to cease and desist from babbling about my ‘true character,’” she said.
De Lima was reacting to Roque’s statement Wednesday that Pope Francis “doesn’t know the true nature” of her character.

“I hope that you and your principal refrain from further demonizing me. Stop your pettiness too. Both of you. Grossly unchristian!” the senator added.
De Lima did not name the “principal” she was referring to.

“Hanapan mo nga ako ng video ng ano, pakita ko kay Pope….baka maalis pa sa pagka-Pope yan. P******** sobra na to. I am just human,” the President said.
(Could you find me the video, let the Pope see it. He might be removed from his papacy. Son of a ***** this is too much. I am just human.)
“That’s a joke, aabot ng ano ‘yan (that might reach them). I am joking, Pope… If you criticize me, I can criticize you 10 times over,” he added.
De Lima had long been rumored to have a sex video with her former driver, Ronnie Dayan. /je
