Did You Know: NCR employment rate at 92.8%
According to the Labor Force Survey released by the Philippine Statistics Authority, the employment rate in the National Capital Region was at 92.8 percent as of April 2017.
During the same month, the unemployment rate in the region was 7.2 percent while underemployment rate was 9.4 percent.
The same data also showed that the employment rate in the Philippines was 94.3 percent. —Marielle Medina
