FEATURED STORIES

Odette was last spotted 540 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, with maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 65 kph.

Moderate to heavy rains are expected within its 350 kilometer diameter.

The tropical depression continued to move westward at 30 kph.

Sea travel remained risky over the northern and eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon due to the northeasterly surface windflow enhanced by Odette, Pagasa said. /idl
