Tropical storm Kiko exits PAR

Tropical storm Kiko has left the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday afternoon, the state weather bureau said.

Kiko was last spotted 215 kilometers west northwest of Basco, Batanes, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Cloudy skies with light to moderate thunderstorms are forecast over Ilocos region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands due to the trough of Tropical Storm Kiko.
