Victims of QC cement mixer mishap seek PAO help
Survivors of the road mishap that involved a cement mixer crushing a family car about two weeks ago sought the help of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) for possible mediation in court regarding damage claims.
On the afternoon of August 15, a cement mixer owned by Topstar Ready Concrete Incorporated and driven by Jayson Muleta, went wayward and end up falling on its side on top of a Honda compact car bearing a family of five along Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City.
Marife Ramos and her three children were injured, while Ramos’ husband, Ulysses, died in the accident after being pinned down on the driver’s seat.
