BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA – A businessman was shot dead on Thursday morning as he made his way home in Solana town in Cagayan province.
Natalio Tabbu, 58, was driving a motorcycle when he was blocked by a black Toyota Fortuner with no license plate at 7:20 a.m., within the vicinity of Natappian East Elementary School in Natappian East village, according to Cagayan police.
A gunman emerged from the van and shot Tabbu several times, police said. Tabbu was listed in the local drug watch list. JE
