Dead man found near Las Piñas school gate

An unidentified man was found dead and hogtied just outside the gate of an elementary school in Las Piñas City early Wednesday morning.

The body was found stuffed in a box, which was wrapped in packaging tape and dumped on a garbage heap, in front of CAA Elementary School on Patola Street, CAA.

The victim’s neck was slashed, according to the investigator on the case, SPO3 Roland Abraham of the Las Piñas police.

The man was described to be between 50 and 55 years old, of medium build and around 5’4″ in height. He was wearing jersey shorts and a black sleeveless shirt.

The victim’s body was brought to People’s Funeral parlor for autopsy.

Also found inside the box were three sacks containing cell phone cases. –Dexter Cabalza
