990AM: DTI conducts surprise check in Divisoria

MANILA, Philippines—The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), together with Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim, has conducted a surprise inspection in Divisoria Wednesday morning to check the prices of school supplies, a report on DZIQ 990 AM said.

DTI Secretary Gregory Domingo said that as of reporting time, they have not found any violators.

“The prices were right and the supplies have proper labelling,” Domingo said.

Prices of school supplies were being checked by the DTI in connection with the resumption of classes next month.
